This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Penberthy Family Entertainment LLC, located in Eagle Mountain, Utah (“Sponsor”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Penberthy Family Entertainment LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
To enter, visit giveaway.rebeloftheforsaken.com during the Entry Period and provide your name and email address. Upon registration, you will receive one (1) entry. You may earn additional entries by completing optional actions, including following the Sponsor's social media accounts and sharing your unique referral link. Each friend who enters through your referral link earns you five (5) additional entries. There is no limit on referral entries.
Up to thirty (30) winners will each receive one (1) copy of Rebel of the Forsaken: Broken Flameby Johnathan Penberthy and Sarah Penberthy (approximate retail value: $14.99 per copy). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $449.70. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners will be selected by weighted random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 7, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Email addresses and names collected during this Sweepstakes will be used for giveaway administration, winner notification, and optional newsletter communications (if opted in). Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By entering, you agree to the Sponsor's use of your information as described herein.
By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
